Join us for an afternoon of presentations, sharing, connection and action.
This meeting will bring together representatives from business, not-for profit organizations, government agencies and other sectors of the Bow Valley community to take climate action and simultaneously address social, economic and health issues in the Bow Valley. There is a lot of fantastic work that is currently happening in in the Bow Valley, this event will Connect, Strengthen and Amplify community climate action.

Learn about opportunities to participate in vital upcoming engagement for climate action and the future of the Bow Valley.

1pm - 2:30pm - Be inspired by presentations on local Bow Valley projects that are taking Climate Action
2:30 - 2:45pm - Afternoon tea break, a range of snacks and refreshments will be provided
2:45pm - 3:30pm - Breakout sessions will provide opportunities to dive deeper with the presenters and connect with others on topics you care about
3:30pm - 3:45pm - Community Engagement opportunities - There are two very important community engagement opportunities about to hit the Bow Valley: the Town of Canmore's Climate Emergency Action Plan, and Tourism Canmore Kananaskis's Regenerative Tourism Strategy. Representatives from both organizations will present on these and how YOU can get involved.
3:45 - 4:20 - Marketplace of Ideas: This is your opportunity to tell the community what you are doing, or put your thoughts out to everyone. This fun, inclusive session will lead perfectly into networking.
4:30pm - 5pm - Build those networks! Informal time to meet and socialize
