Affordable Services Bear Spray Redistribution Program

In partnership with Family & Community Support Services (FCSS), we are offering a free unused can of bear spray for Affordable Services Program Members (while quantities last).

In order to receive your free can of bear spray you will need to:

1. Show your Affordable Services Member Card

2. Sign a waiver (similar to the required waiver you would sign if you bought bear spray at a store)

3. Watch this 5-minute video about “How to Properly Use Bear Spray” (also has subtitles)

Pick up on Tuesdays between 8:30-10:30am & 12:00-4:30pm at the Biosphere Institute of the Bow Valley.
